Support channels

For account, order, payment or delivery issues, the quickest route is a support ticket, which reaches the right team and keeps a record of your conversation:

• Support tickets: raise a request from the Support Center and we will follow up by email.
• Order or payment disputes: open a case in the Resolution Center so an agent can review the order.
• Help & FAQs: many questions are answered instantly in our Help Center.
• Email: write to support@freelancerpeople.com for anything else.

Response times

We aim to respond to every email and support ticket within one business day. Order disputes opened in the Resolution Center are reviewed promptly, and both parties are kept informed as a case progresses. Our support hours are Monday to Saturday, 10:00 to 19:00 IST.

Grievances

If you are not satisfied with how an issue has been handled, reply to your ticket or email support@freelancerpeople.com with the subject line "Grievance" and a description of your concern. We will acknowledge grievances within one business day and work to resolve them fairly and promptly.
