Where is my money while an order is in progress?
It's held safely in escrow — paid by the buyer at the start, but not released to the seller. The funds simply wait there, untouched by either side, until the delivery is approved. No one can move them early.
When does a seller actually get paid?
Once the buyer approves the delivery, the payment is released from escrow. After a short clearance window it settles into the seller's wallet, ready to withdraw — no invoicing, no chasing, no awkward reminders.
What are the fees?
Buyers pay a small service fee of a small percentage at checkout, and sellers pay a small commission on what they earn. You always see the exact amounts upfront, before you confirm anything.
What if something goes wrong?
Open a dispute from your order and manage it in the Resolution Center — message the other party and our Official Support team, share evidence, and reach a fair settlement. Your payment stays protected in escrow the whole time.
What's the difference between fixed-price and hourly?
Fixed-price orders are agreed once for a defined scope and billed in full. Hourly contracts are billed for the time actually worked, reviewed period by period. Both are funded into escrow and protected in exactly the same way.
