    The buyer reviews the delivery against the brief and accepts it, or requests changes — all while funds stay protected.

    Funds released

    Once the delivery is accepted, the Payment Team releases earnings to the seller after a short clearance window.

    Every order and contract is funded into secure escrow before any work begins. Money is held safely — not in a seller’s pocket — and released only after the delivery is reviewed and accepted. The same protection applies to packaged SERVEs and custom contracts, whether fixed-price or weekly hourly.

  • Secure payments & the Payment Team

    Buyers top up a protected wallet and pay through encrypted, monitored channels. On approval, the Payment Team moves seller earnings into payout after a short clearance window. Any fees that apply are always shown at checkout before you confirm — no surprises.

  • KYC identity verification

    Before a seller can withdraw earnings they complete KYC identity verification, confirming they are a real, accountable person. It raises the bar for everyone and gives buyers confidence the talent is genuine. Documents are handled privately and used only to confirm identity.

  • Dispute resolution in the Resolution Center

    If a buyer and seller can’t agree on a delivery, the Resolution Center helps. Funds stay protected in escrow while both sides share their story and a fair, evidence-based outcome is reached. A calm, structured path forward — not a stalemate.

  • Content moderation by Trust & Safety

    Listings, messages and profiles are watched over by the Trust & Safety team alongside the Marketplace Team, who review and publish content. Misleading offers, prohibited services and abuse are removed, and rule-breaking accounts face action.

  • Privacy & data protection

    Your personal information belongs to you. We collect only what we need, protect it with strong safeguards, and never sell it. Verification records, payment details and private messages stay confidential. See the Privacy page for exactly how your data is used.

  • Verified reviews & anti-fraud

    Reviews come from real, completed orders — not anonymous strangers — so ratings actually mean something. Automated checks and the Trust & Safety team look for fake feedback, manipulated ratings and other forms of fraud.

  • Reporting & rapid response

    Reporting something that feels wrong is quick, and it matters. Flags reach the Trust & Safety team, who investigate and act — often removing harmful content or restricting accounts. Your reports protect the whole community, and the Support team is always reachable.

If something goes wrong

A clear path when a deal hits a snag

Even on a careful marketplace the occasional problem is unavoidable. The first step is almost always a direct conversation in the order chat; most issues resolve right there. If they don’t, open a case in the Resolution Center — funds stay safe in escrow, both parties present evidence, and a fair decision is reached. For safety concerns, harassment or rule-breaking, report it so it reaches the Trust & Safety team. The Support team is there whenever you need guidance.
